You'll be responsible for: * Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans * Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members * Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information **A Typical Day** * You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize your tasks * You'll be part of a supportive team that's committed to your career and professional development * You'll have access to a global community of curious lifelong learners, guided by our company values * You'll be empowered to make a difference in the lives of our customers, every day **What You Bring to the Role** * 6 months or more of customer service experience * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience * High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) * A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your choice) * A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in **What You Can Expect** * A supportive and inclusive culture that values your contributions and well-being * A global team of curious lifelong learners, guided by our company values * A base wage range of $16 per hour, plus performance bonus opportunities * A healthy benefits package, including PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives * Access to 1000s of free courses to support your career growth and development **A Bit More About Your Role** We're committed to ensuring you have the skills and support to be successful in your role throughout your career.
