**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide welcome calls to assist with benefits and insurance information
* Conducting surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback
* Demonstrating a passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience
* Utilizing excellent customer service skills to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
* Working collaboratively with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care

**Qualifications**
To be eligible for this position, you must:
* Possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Have strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
* Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including the ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
* Show a strong ability to care and demonstrate compassion
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* A starting wage of $15.00 per hour
