**Job Summary**
As an S&S Video Chat Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) through our video chat platform. You will provide exceptional Guest Service, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our Guests. Your expertise will also extend to supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My Disney Experience application.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist Guests with disabilities in registering for the DAS through our video chat platform
* Provide exceptional Guest Service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance the Guest experience
* Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to Guests
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless Guest experience across all channels
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and technology
* Work collaboratively with other cast members to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Essential Qualifications**
* Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
* Knowledge and interest in arenaflex's products and services
* Technical abilities and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
* Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
* Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
* Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with Guests with disabilities
* Knowledge of arenaflex's Disability Access Service (DAS) program
* Familiarity with video chat platforms and digital communication tools
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other cast members
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
