**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Guest Relations Specialist – Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **GUEST RELATIONS:**
+ Provide exceptional support to guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
+ Leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers.
+ Use deep familiarity with ChatGPT to create personalized and engaging guest experiences.
+ Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott.
+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms.
* **COMPANY TASKS:**
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams.
+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement.
+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor.
+ Work with business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Language Skills:** Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity with ChatGPT.
* **Availability:** Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-11p CST).
* **Reliability:** High level of reliability and availability to work in the CST and Eastern United States time zones.
* **Multitasking:** Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Experience:** Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or a related field.
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
* **Certifications:** Relevant certifications, such as Guesty or HostAI certifications.

* **Problem-Solving:** Ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions.
* **Time Management:** High level of organization and time management skills.
