**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Chat Brand Rep for FootJoy, you'll be responsible for:
* Sharing your passion for golf and FootJoy products with customers
* Familiarity with FootJoy golf and media/searches related to it
* Owning and using FootJoy products from shoes to apparel to gear
* Comparing and analyzing competing products
* Showing empathy to customers in stressful situations
* Providing exceptional customer service through chat interactions
* Working a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to work nights and weekends
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience with golf shoes, apparel, and gear
* Ability to compare and contrast products uses and features
* Passion for getting customers into the right products for their needs
* Ability to speak to customers at all knowledge levels
* Proficiency in modern technology, especially web search and navigation
* Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and ability to communicate clearly in text form
* Availability to work nights and weekends, with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
**Compensation and Perks**
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
* Hourly pay of $15/hour, paid out weekly
