What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties will include:
- Providing service to patients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Delivering excellent, concise communication to patients and internal stakeholders
- Learning and understanding the operation of our ETM software and billing/account operations
- Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries
- Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
- Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed
- Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements
- Rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
- Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
- Performing other duties and assignments as requested
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment
- The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!
