Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll work in a remote environment, providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll carry out real-time investigations to locate customer orders, contact customers directly to confirm delivery details, and act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues and arrange re-delivery when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct real-time investigations to locate customer orders and determine the best course of action to get orders to customers swiftly
- Contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays
- Act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
- Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
