Your Role in Our Mission
As a Call Center Customer Support Agent – Healthcare – Remote US at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls from healthcare providers and customers, addressing inquiries related to enrollment, claims, policy, and more.
- Recording call details on account history records and initiating required confirmations without direct supervision.
- Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Processing calls in a timely, accurate, and quality-focused manner to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
- Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria.
- Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service standards to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center.
What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Call Center Customer Support Agent – Healthcare – Remote US at Blithequark, you'll need:
- Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a high level of accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
