About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform full stack optimization for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Machine Learning (ML) performance on arenaflex Cloud Platform's infrastructure, including component optimization, userspace communication libraries (e.g., MPI library, libfabric, NCCL), and customer HPC and ML applications.
- Develop HPC and ML solutions on arenaflex Cloud Platform.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for several engineers, guiding them in their projects and ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Design, develop, and test software applications, ensuring they meet the required standards, are scalable, and perform optimally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Proven experience in testing, deploying, and maintaining software products, with at least 3 years of experience in software architecture and design.
- Experience in building and developing large-scale systems, distributed systems, or networks.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with C++, device drivers, Linux Bit, and Remote Direct Memory Access.
- Experience with Linux device drivers, networking stack, and operating system tuning and packaging.
