**Key Responsibilities**
As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with our world-class sales and business development team
* Leading efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community
* Collaborating with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production-grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect
* Defining and delivering on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements
* Engaging in short on-site projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services
* Integrating and adapting existing enterprise call centers into Amazon Connect
* Traveling up to 30% to engage with customers and partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
* 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
* 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries
* Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
* Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
* Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
* In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong technical presentation experience, including whiteboard, small, and large group presentations
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to travel up to 30%
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with software development, including building contact center integrations
* In-depth understanding of cloud computing, including AWS services and architecture

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Base pay ranging from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market
* Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package
