Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering partners to execute on product and business strategy, building novel products and features that drive business growth
- Lead, drive, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results
- Mentor and guide engineers, both within and outside your immediate team, in developing technical solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, from design to code review, and production operations, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant programming development experience in a fast-paced tech environment, with a strong focus on backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures
- Experience with frontend or full-stack development, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with groups across the engineering, product, and design organizations
- Passion for efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality, with a drive to continuously improve and optimize systems and processes
- Bachelor's or Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices
