In February 2004, via a $6.5 million investment, Elon Musk became the company's largest shareholder. arenaflex is a leader in the electric vehicle industry, and we're committed to making sustainable energy accessible to everyone. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers through various social media channels. You'll work closely with our store managers to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand awareness. If you're a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time) * Customer Excellence: Ensure all team members provide a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high job satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures * Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code and grooming standards **What You'll Bring** * Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Self-motivated business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while meeting business-critical deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer service tasks * Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a well-respected and trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed * Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable * This role requires you to have an Electric Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
