As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing shipping and packaging services, and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers. If you're a customer service rockstar with a passion for shipping and logistics, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by careerzynith * Provide exceptional customer service in person, through email, and by phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable * Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Up-sell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and growth * Open and close the center, cash register, and other center systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation * Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory, ensuring that our customers have access to the products and services they need * Maintain the center consistent with established standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers * Interact with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations * Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes, capturing and completing tasks and organizing Virtual Mail * Finish and complete print and sign orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Show up to work at scheduled time with no call offs, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to our team **Essential Qualifications** * Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services * Ability to multitask, processing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment * Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license required * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software * Dependable and able to work flexible hours, with a commitment to our team and our customers **Preferred Qualifications** * Some supervisory skills, with the ability to train and mentor customer service representatives * Notary Public certification, with the ability to perform notary services as needed * Experience with shipping and logistics, with a strong understanding of UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS operations **Physical and Safety Requirements** * Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds * Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person * Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner **Work Environment and Culture** * careerzynith is a remote-friendly company, with a flexible and dynamic work environment * Our team is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration * We believe in empowering our employees to succeed, with opportunities for growth and development * We're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Flexible work arrangements, with the ability to work from home or in our office * Opportunities for professional development and growth, with a focus on employee success * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences **How to Apply** If you're a customer service rockstar with a passion for shipping and logistics, we want to hear from you!
