**Job Summary**
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse team, which is responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors who attempt to take over accounts, engage in spam, commit abuse, and evade termination. You'll also lead the Business Analytics team, which is responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors who attempt to take over accounts, engage in spam, commit abuse, and evade termination.
* Lead the Business Analytics team in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world.
* Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to develop and implement solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse.
* Manage accelerations with tight timelines to circle back, provide data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators, advertisers, and regulators, to ensure that arenaflex's policies and practices align with their needs and expectations.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of adversarial abuse and analytics, and apply this knowledge to inform arenaflex's strategies and policies.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics).
* 4+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
* 2+ years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical models.
* 2+ years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models.
* 2+ years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require.
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) is a plus.
* Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities is a plus.
* Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab is a plus.
* Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners.
* Strong business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions in a rapidly changing industry.

* Experience working with large datasets and anomaly detection.
* Experience working with machine learning models and natural language processing.
* Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Google Cloud Platform.
* Experience working with agile development methodologies.
* Experience working with DevOps practices.
* Experience working with containerization technologies, including Docker.
* Experience working with orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes.
