**Job Summary**
As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Using empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve account balances.
* Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone.
* Accurately documenting all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day.
* Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team focus.
* Continuously improving with supportive coaching/feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training.
**What You'll Need**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and billing systems.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

* Competitive base annual pay ranging from $37,440 - $43,680 based on prior experience.
* Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100-$400.
