As a key member of our scheduling operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are ready for scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you have a growth mindset, are interested in professional development, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Scheduling Operations, your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments * Coordinating the scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs * Dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner * Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes * Serving as the point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints * Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner * Organizing and maintaining systems for documents, invoices, and client records * Processing payments from customers and following up on overdue accounts as necessary * Assisting in the setup and implementation of ServiceTitan * Additional responsibilities to support the growth of the company **Minimum Skills and Experience Required** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services * Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and in dispatching software such as ServiceTitan * Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and team members * Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials can be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with technicians and customers * A clear background check **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to meet/exceed set goals * Receptive to constant coaching and feedback * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service industry terminology and processes **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Scheduling Operations at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour * Full-time employment with 40 hours of work per week * Opportunities for professional development and growth * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Flexible remote work arrangements * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to ongoing training and development opportunities **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced customer service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
