**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Product Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center platform. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of customer needs, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science, to deliver a world-class customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth
* Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products
* Work with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with our platform
* Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions
* Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials
* Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and customers
* Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless integration with our contact center platform
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products
* Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with customer service software and platforms (CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, CRM)
