As a key player in our Customer Service (CS) organization, the CS Innovation team is responsible for ensuring that our contact center stage is equipped with the right tools and technologies to support the growth, agility, and scalability of our customer support business. We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and drive innovation in enhancing our agents' and support specialists' experience on our contact center stage.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, collaborating with design, engineering, operations, and data science teams, as well as external partners to deliver a top-tier stage experience that enables our customer support team to provide exceptional customer experiences while interacting with Netflix CS. As a Product Manager, you'll be a vital contributor to shaping the future of our contact center stage through the adoption of external solutions and helping to create and execute a long-term roadmap focused on the guide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and manage products for our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through close collaboration with our external solution partners.
* Assist in defining the roadmap, requirements gathering, prioritization, risk identification, and mitigation, delivery, and documentation of the product.
* Collaborate with every CS functional team to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.
* Oversee the integration and adoption of products, including through close collaboration with our engineering and data science teams, as well as external solution partners or potential consulting firms.
* Grasp differences in support expectations across various regions around the world, and designer experience in like manner.
* Extend product management responsibility to other tools as business needs present.

**What We're Looking For:**
* 2+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
* Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment.
* Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and support specialist experience.
* Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences.
* Organizational leadership and influence without direct reports.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and introductions, ability to build trust and create collaborative organizations cross-functionally is critical.
* Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead creators and specialists.
* Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products whether an external or in-house build.
* Related experience focusing on Customer Support.
* Experience working on global products is also useful.
