We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support solutions. As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you will work closely with our product group (Product, Information Researchers, Specialists, and business partners) to shape our conversational AI client overhauling items. You will be responsible for leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience, and influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry information, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience
* Influence client information, conversational analysis, industry information, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
* Work with engineers, information researchers, and product directors across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
* Collaborate with core product group to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
* Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
* Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and plan clear data-informed product suggestions accordingly
* Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning client stories to the needs of the end customer, while focusing on business value
* Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year college education in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
* Strong interest and enthusiasm to understand how things work and ability to use that knowledge to create associations and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial outlook and predisposition toward action
* Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with clients, and skilled at articulating product functionality
* Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills as evidenced by your ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity
* Will have a forward-looking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a product management role, preferably in a financial services or technology industry
* Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support solutions
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and business partners
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking
