**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product design, to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities, including the design and delivery of new features and enhancements
* Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and maintain our conversational AI and live chat support platforms
* Work with our data science team to analyze customer data and develop insights that inform our product development decisions
* Partner with our product design team to design and deliver user-centered experiences that meet our customers' needs
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
* Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and customers
* Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities
**Requirements**
* 4-year degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business results
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop insights that inform product development decisions
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with conversational AI and live chat support platforms and technologies (e.g. Dialogflow, Rasa)
* Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Certification in product management or a related field (e.g. Certified Product Manager, Certified Scrum Master)
