**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Leading the development of new features and enhancements**: Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product designers to design, develop, and launch new features and enhancements that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
* **Defining product requirements**: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
* **Conducting customer research**: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this insights to inform product development.
* **Analyzing product performance**: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
* **Communicating product vision and strategy**: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **4+ years of experience in product management**: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
* **Strong technical skills**: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
* **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
* **Data analysis and interpretation skills**: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
* **Customer-centric mindset**: Passion for understanding customer needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
