We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI client upgrading items. As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you will work closely with the product group (Product, Information Researchers, Specialists, and business partners) to shape our conversational AI client overhauling items. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience
* Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry data, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
* Work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
* Collaborate with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
* Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
* Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and plan clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly
* Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning customer stories to the needs of the end customer, while focusing on business value
* Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product teams, engineering teams, and business partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year college education in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proven experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Strong understanding of customer experience and user-centered design principles
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
* Experience working with conversational AI platforms and technologies
* Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing principles
* Experience working with agile development methodologies and frameworks
