**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our InHome team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our high standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to drive innovation and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Define and develop a product vision for the InHome client experience, aligning with arenaflex's overall business strategy
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop product roadmaps that meet those needs
* Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products
* Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Develop and maintain product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Lead customer research and translate customer needs into product requirements and business opportunities
* Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed
* Drive the launch of new features and products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
**What You'll Need**
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
* Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
* Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
