**Job Summary**
As an experienced full stack pharmacy technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, managing data entry and pharmacy operations, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, under direct supervision.
* Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
* Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a unique and delightful patient experience.
* Perform duties as assigned by pharmacy managers, personnel pharmacists, and store supervisors, including data entry, prescription filling, and inventory management.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and allergy information.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and patient care.
* Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations, including stock management and ordering.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting, with a focus on customer service and data entry.
* Strong math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
* Proficient in computer applications, including pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy retail company.
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and data entry.
* Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software, including Meditech and Epic.
* Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or registered pharmacy technician (RPhT).
* Experience with patient care and medication management.
