**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including reviewing and complying with national, federal, and agency policies.
* Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
* Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience.
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products.
* Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience.
* Fostering strong relationships with most valuable customers.
* Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, ensuring information is entered efficiently, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication is accurate, and checking for potential interactions.
* Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow.
* Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program.
* Strictly adhering to the arenaflex Co. Policy regarding accurate dispensing throughout all applicable prescription dispensing activities.
* Registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collecting and handling coins as required.
* Taking customers to the OTC aisle while possible to assist in finding merchandise.
* Handling telephone calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
* Processing (correcting and resubmitting) claims for third-party prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performing other clerical responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
* Assisting and supporting the Pharmacy department on stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications.
* Maintaining knowledge of company asset safety procedures, and documenting claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not obtained), order errors or broken goods related to Rx capsules.
* May assist pharmacists in administering medical services, including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other medical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of medical services, arenaflex healthcare clinics, and external vendors.
* Assists Pharmacy Manager and personnel Pharmacist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, through clinical provider detailing and outreach to healthcare agencies, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for reinforcing growth opportunities.
**Requirements**
