**Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Retail and Customer Experience**

Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're excited to have you join our journey! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for patients and customers * Register transactions on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disperse change as needed; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades accordingly * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stock areas * Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions * Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data * Report any prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding prescription errors and the Quality Improvement Program * Handle calls that don't require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors * Process (revised and resubmitted) manual claims for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned * Assist with stock management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications * Maintain knowledge of organization resource security methods and record claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products) * Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and corrections as assigned * Assist with the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and the sale of special photo items * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests (pick items), and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assist with external and internal maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance * Adhere to all organization policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues * Complete special tasks and other assignments as allocated **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * 6 months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with arenaflex * Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications * Familiarity with store stock control systems * PTCB certification **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions * Familiarity with store stock control systems * PTCB certification **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative organization * Access to ongoing training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters learning and growth * Competitive compensation and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration * Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're excited to have you join our journey!
