Job Overview
The Client Systems group at arenaflex is seeking an experienced Java Developer to help design, develop, and implement new solutions. As a Java Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across arenaflex, working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications, including web and cloud-based systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and other engineers
- Develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems, using technologies such as Spring, REST, and NoSQL databases
- Work with large datasets, using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to drive insights and decision-making
- Design and implement distributed systems, including synchronous and asynchronous programming, and coding data structures
- Develop and maintain large-scale enterprise systems, including web applications and APIs
- Ensure the security and integrity of software systems, using best practices and industry standards

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience with Java and Java Enterprise development, including design, development, and deployment of large-scale applications
- Proven experience with Spring, REST, and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and data access patterns
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
