**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our business leaders, application owners, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software that exceeds our customers' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Java-based technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
* Develop and maintain high-quality software code that meets arenaflex's coding standards
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code is maintainable, efficient, and scalable
* Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that software is properly understood and maintained
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and apply that knowledge to improve arenaflex's software solutions
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 2+ years of experience in software development using Java and Java-based technologies
* Experience with Spring, REST, and other Java frameworks
* Experience with database design and data access technologies
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
