**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based software applications, including back-end systems, APIs, and web applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions
* Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and data storage solutions

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in Java development, including experience with Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate
* Proficiency in Java programming languages, including Java 8 and later versions
* Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Strong understanding of software design patterns, including object-oriented design, microservices architecture, and event-driven design
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure
* Familiarity with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes
* Strong problem-solving skills, including debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring
* Experience with cloud-based databases, including NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and Cassandra
* Strong understanding of security principles, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing
* Experience with testing frameworks, including JUnit and TestNG
* Familiarity with version control systems, including Git and SVN
