**Job Summary**
As a member of the IT Regulatory team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving a team of representatives. Your role will involve supervising team performance and goals, but also requires more than just the management of resources and standard tasks. As a steward of the team, you will be accountable for the development and execution of your team's core vision and plan, ensuring that your team's activities align with the company's overall mission and the IT Division's objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Windows Servers Connection team in providing 24x7 operational support for the Windows Server infrastructure, with a focus on operating system stability, security, and performance.
* Collaborate with team leaders on server relationships in a highly virtualized environment, performing system maintenance, and supporting the Windows Server operating system across the organization.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to achieve common goals.
* Provide and promote the values and culture of our organization, fostering a culture of trust, open communication, and continuous learning.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and prioritize tasks, projects, and resources to meet business objectives and deadlines.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience in managing Windows server teams, with a minimum of 10+ trained team members.
* 2 years of experience in IT support tools, with a preference for VMware, SCCM, Infobot, and other relevant technologies.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with hazardous client support tools.
* Ability to manage complex, high-priority tasks and projects.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Experience working in an enterprise support environment (e.g., NOC, ITOC, SOC, etc.).
* Familiarity with arenaflex's core business environment, including Merchandising, Warehouse Operations, Store Interest, and company perspectives.
* Strong technical skills, with a focus on Windows Server, networking, and security.
