**Job Responsibilities**
As a Partner Product Manager on our Conversational AI team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our live chat support capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Leading the development and execution of our live chat support capabilities**, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.
* **Defining and prioritizing product requirements**, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps that drive growth and revenue.
* **Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop and refine our conversational AI models**, ensuring that our products are informed by data-driven insights and customer feedback.
* **Working closely with our engineering team to develop and deploy new features and capabilities**, ensuring that our products are scalable, reliable, and meet the needs of our customers.
* **Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis**, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
* **Analyzing execution metrics to measure the success of our products**, developing data-driven insights to inform product development and drive business growth.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field**.
* **4+ years of experience in product management**, with a focus on digital products and conversational AI.
* **Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative products**.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven insights.
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* **A passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences**.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience with conversational AI and machine learning**, with a focus on developing and deploying AI-powered products.

* **Experience with data analysis and visualization tools**, such as Tableau or Power BI.
