**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives
* Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer support
* Performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others, including graphic design, copywriting, and video editing
* Managing and optimizing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, as well as Facebook ad campaigns
* Providing general administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management and data entry
* Collaborating with our team in India to proofread and quality control SEO blogs
* Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to drive our company's growth and success
**Essential Requirements**
* Based in the Philippines
* Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
* Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
* Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
* Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research
* Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
* Familiarity with Basecamp project management system

* Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
