**About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and other key IAM functions. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to integrate packages in SailPoint, enhancing our protection and governance posture. Your expertise will be essential in mitigating attack risks, securing cloud transformation, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability within our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and other key IAM functions
* Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
* SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
* Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
* Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
* Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
* Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

**Minimal Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
* 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
* 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
* Strong experience with SailPoint, IAM solutions, and related technologies
* Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
