**About the Role**
As an IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You'll work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. You'll be part of a team that prioritizes innovation and information security, and you'll be dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
* Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
* SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
* Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
* Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding
* Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
* Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
* Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies

**Minimal Qualifications**
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* Alternatively, 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
**Favored Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
* Experience with SailPoint, IIQ, and other related technologies
