**About the Role:**
As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Analysis and Modeling:** Use your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions across various business units.
* **Data Visualization:** Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
* **Mentorship:** Mentor junior analysts and data scientists to develop their skills and expertise.
* **Experimentation:** Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and inform business decisions.
* **Communication:** Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings to senior leadership.

**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related role.
* **Skills:**
+ Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical evaluation (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, including Matlab, R, SAS, or Python.
+ Proficiency in a single or multiple analytics & visualization tools (e.g. Chartio, Looker, Tableau).
+ Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
+ Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Master's degree** in a related field.
* **Experience** with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark).
* **Certifications** in data science or related fields (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional).
