Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for medically underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Building and deploying complex data science models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering. * Developing and implementing predictive analytics and data visualization solutions to drive business growth and innovation. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support. * Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams. * Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing, and applying this knowledge to drive business value. * Working in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Builds models and algorithms using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering. * Develops and implements predictive analytics and data visualization solutions to drive business growth and innovation. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and provide analytical support. * Communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing. * Works in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. * Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create or optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and/or optimization models. * Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages. * Advanced degree talent in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to support business decision-making. * Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection. * Experience with cloud computing on Azure/Databricks, querying in Snowflake, and utilizing software tools and methodologies, such as GitHub, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and Agile Methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI. * Experience in Reinforcement Learning. * Experience in Healthcare. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range: $30-45/hour. * Comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid life insurance, medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision. * Retirement savings plan (401(k)). * Employee stock purchase plan. * Paid time off (PTO). * Holidays. * Paid parental leave (PPL). * Transportation benefit plan. * Employee store discount. * Voluntary life and personal accident insurance. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
