With a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration, we're shaping the future of healthcare and creating new opportunities for our employees to grow and thrive. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team, you'll play a critical role in generating high-quality, evidence-based insights that inform our research and development efforts. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design and execute robust data analysis and machine learning models, leveraging your expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization to drive business decisions and drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Mine crude information datasets to extract normalized, analysis-ready patient data from in-house information resources or authorized platforms, analyze and interpret results, and help shape investigation methodology * Collaborate with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Research team to generate meaningful insights from real-world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests * Clean, transform, and store data into an integrated data lake for future analysis and broader team utilization * Perform data mining and statistical analysis to analyze RWE/RWD and uncover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment outcomes * Support the development of real-world evidence, analysis, and platform capabilities, applying advanced analysis and tools to resolve logical questions from biopharmaceutical organizations * Work collaboratively on the design and execution of results research studies * Ensure high-quality, thorough, and interpretable findings from RWE review and investigations * Develop dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use * Conduct a reasonable level of effort on new certified data suppliers vendors and drive RWD quality evaluations to inform project decisions **Essential Capabilities** * Experience in designing and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data * Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, clustering and classification, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis * Experience handling large datasets from various information sources * Experience handling protected patient health data * Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools **Preferred Capabilities** * PhD, Graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field * Skill in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and claims data sets * Ability in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience working on alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics * Understanding of machine learning and AI techniques, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals * Comprehensive training and professional development program * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data scientist with a passion for healthcare and medical research, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
