**Key Responsibilities**
As a data scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing, developing, and testing AI and machine learning models to improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our IT systems
* Collaborating with our team to integrate AI and machine learning models into our existing systems
* Developing and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI and machine learning model development
* Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
* Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborating with our team to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives
* Developing and maintaining documentation and technical guides for AI and machine learning models
**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 2+ years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data extraction, fighting, perception, and analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
We're looking for candidates with:
* Experience handling data from different sources and through large data stages (such as GCP, AWS, etc.)
* Experience making versatile AI models and arrangements
* Experience investigating and executing measurable models, AI calculations, or other tweaked arrangements that show huge effect taking care of complicated business issues
* Experience upgrading existing data pipelines by investigating unstructured data sources and designing new features
* A graduate degree or higher in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* Knowledge of AI, Data Mining, Statistics, Applied Science, or a connected field
