**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Consultant to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Science Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving moderate to complex data science, AI, and machine learning projects, working closely with stakeholders and partners to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet our business objectives. You'll lead conversations with cross-functional teams, drive the development of business intelligence solutions, and collaborate with our data science community to drive innovation and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive moderate to complex data science, AI, and machine learning projects, working closely with stakeholders and partners to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet our business objectives.
* Serve as the client relationship lead on data science, AI, and machine learning projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
* Lead conversations with partners from various backgrounds to gather business needs for data science, AI, and machine learning solutions.
* Develop and deliver results and recommendations for moderate to complex projects to stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends and develop strategies to support our internal client needs.
* Drive the continuous development of our data science community and knowledge base.
* May perform other work duties as directed by Manager's Chiefs.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering).
* High-level expertise in both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches.
* High-level expertise in assessing logical strategies to propose the right end-to-end solution guide for business issues.
* High-level expertise in using value definition systems and techniques to estimate, scope, and focus on various data science, AI, machine learning, or enhancement drives.
* Proficient in using enterprise specialized tools to create and deliver complex technical projects to stakeholders.
* Skilled in using project management tools to define the project guide and project plan used to ensure the project has the resources needed to complete jobs on time.
* Ability to develop trust with all levels of Representatives, including cross-functional leaders, and should be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
* Ability to lead complex data science, AI, machine learning, or streamlining projects, including leading business partner groups, solution definition and planning, detailed task and deliverable definition and creation, and project plan creation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering).
* Experience working with data science, AI, and machine learning tools and technologies.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
* Experience developing and delivering business intelligence solutions.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
