**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Understanding both business and technical issues related to Dataworks, our cutting-edge data processing platform
* Building tools, stages, and pipelines to empower teams to analyze data, build models, and drive business decisions
* Scaling from "PC scale" to "cluster scale" issues, both in terms of infrastructure and problem-solving strategies
* Collaborating across teams to drive the creation of data-driven insights that lead to high-value business solutions
* Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Developing best practices for future reuse as open, reusable examples, layouts, and code bases
* Working with senior technologists from across the organization and beyond to ensure smooth integration with downstream business systems
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A strong foundation in software engineering, programming, database systems, and distributed systems
* A deep understanding of the transportation and logistics space, with the ability to identify high-value areas and design approaches and solutions that capture value
* Experience with Microsoft Azure
* Knowledge of and experience with CI/CD pipelines
* Ability to create and operationalize capacities and solutions, including under high-volume streaming circumstances
* Involved development skills, with the ability to work at the code level and help troubleshoot complex issues
* A "designing" mindset, with the ability to make fast, informed decisions to improve performance and accelerate progress
* Comfort working with distributed teams on code-based expectations, using version control systems and code reviews
* DevOps skills, including coding, pre-deployment, data sets, YAML, JSON, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* Experience with popular languages and tools, including:
+ Scala and PySpark
+ HDFS, Kafka, and other high-volume data tools
+ SQL and NoSQL storage tools, such as MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
+ Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, Jupyter, and other Python data tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools
* Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with agile development methodologies and practices
