As a remote virtual employee, you will be part of a team that is passionate about making healthcare more personal, accessible, and affordable. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our patient's specialty medication orders. Your responsibilities will include: * Precise reading, interpreting, and entering solutions into our computer system, including the calculation of dosages, assignment of labels, and acceptance of timely payment from insurance companies. * Contacting healthcare providers' offices and insurance agencies to verify the accuracy of our patients' specialty medication orders. * Occasionally, you will be responsible for answering patient calls to arrange and manage new patient medication requests and reorders, which includes checking and re-verifying benefits. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, medication orders, and payment details. **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License * At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting * At least 6 months of work experience with Windows-Based applications such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications * Proficiency in typing on a computer keyboard * Ability to sit or stand for the length of your shift (8-10 hours) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent data entry skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician * 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs via telephone * Healthcare work experience and experience with benefits, insurance, and medications * Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support experience * Customer service experience in an office setting * At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care * Strong customer support skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in computer programs * Amazing data entry skills **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote virtual employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
