Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of talented professionals working remotely. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and reviewing and correcting data entry errors.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into various databases and systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct data entry errors
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
