**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Analyst to join our team, working remotely from home. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering tasks, and providing key recommendations to the management team on process enhancements. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively, will be essential in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to achieve business objectives
* Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, research, and reporting
* Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and operations
* Provide key recommendations to the management team on process enhancements
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including store managers, division presidents, and other senior leaders
* Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners

* Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials to support business objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job
* 3 years of work experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
* Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leaders

* Store experience and/or ASDS experience
