+ Ensure the pharmacy operates according to guidelines, organization policies, and standards.
+ Help the pharmacy administrator with establishing strategies that promote the effective workflow of the pharmacy, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas.
+ Be accountable for the opening and closing of the pharmacy and shift change responsibilities.

+ Create and maintain good relationships with local healthcare communities, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
+ Participate in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business, enhance learning experiences, and provide happier lives through better health.
