We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our arenaflex family, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, patient care, and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional patient care and support, addressing their queries and concerns regarding medication usage, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient data security.
* Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication audits, checks, and management, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex policies.
* Ensure accurate and timely administration of prescribed medications, adhering to state and government regulations.
* Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medication lists, and inventory management.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues to provide seamless care and support.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to process improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in pharmacy and healthcare.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
* Proven experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and management, records and compliance, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
* Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
* Strong knowledge of state and government regulations, including controlled substance laws and regulations.
