**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient and prescription data, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to resolve customer issues, provide exceptional service, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently process patient and prescription data using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Assist pharmacists and other pharmacy staff with prescription processing, patient counseling, and other pharmacy-related tasks
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to arenaflex's standards for cleanliness and safety
* Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and technologies
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervisor
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting; pharmacy experience a plus
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience working with arenaflex or in a similar retail or healthcare environment
* Certification as a pharmacy technician or other relevant certification
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
