**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our game development team across various disciplines. You'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the team to generate candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timeline, implementing the selected answer, and helping the adoption of the solution by the team
* Assisting, developing, and preserving arenaflex's present set of engine-specific and custom gear that we use every day
* Proactively perceiving inefficiencies and elaborating areas in our improvement technique across various disciplines
* Preserving, extending, and aiding present development gear
* Building and guiding custom asset pipelines
* Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
**Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and pain points in our improvement process
* Collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers and implement solutions
* Assist in developing and preserving custom gear and asset pipelines
* Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
* Work closely with the artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency and team performance
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
* Experience with custom game engines, Unreal or Unity, and JavaScript and Net Tech
* Proficiency in C#, C++, and Python
* Ability to work efficaciously in a self-directed environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with custom game engines and Unreal or Unity
* Knowledge of JavaScript and Net Tech
* Familiarity with C#, C++, and Python
* Experience working with custom standalone gear
* Ability to grow gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines
