You will be responsible for providing first-level IT support to arenaflex's business operations, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain Service Desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service * Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and business objectives, IT Divisional Objectives and goals, various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support the arenaflex business * Recognize the impact of changes to IT Supported Systems and adapt investigating to address client issues * Demonstrate autonomous judgment and responsibility for * Effectively participate in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported clients, and other IT groups * Build and maintain effective, cooperative, and productive relationships with second and third-level IT groups, vendors, and supported clients * Resolve or escalate incidents, and create internal news and knowledge base articles * Participate in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades * Provide answers to clients by identifying issues, investigating responses, and directing clients through remedial actions * Assess, investigate, and address end clients' IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via calls, chat, and email * Provide detailed documentation of system issues, investigating steps, and related relevant data in a tagging/global positioning framework * Use a wide variety of available tools and resources to resolve system issues * Meet or exceed targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service * Attend continuous training to enhance ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications **Requirements** * Energy for and real interest in IT * Strong critical thinking, investigating abilities, and client care abilities * Positive, mature, and professional attitude * Superb written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and within time limitations * Remarkable hard working attitude, self-inspiration, and ability to work independently * Intermediate areas of strength for to abilities.
