**Enterprise Data Strategy @ arenaflex**
The Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) Organization at arenaflex is a critical component of our business, responsible for driving business growth by reducing credit and fraud risk and maintaining customer confidence in the safety of our digital products. Our Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team is the backbone of all risk decisions and plays a key role in building the digital products for risk control throughout the customer lifecycle. The Enterprise Data Strategy team is a key part of the RPDS team, responsible for strategizing across prospecting, acquisition, underwriting, and customer control to drive innovation in credit and fraud risk techniques and decisioning models.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our Enterprise Data Strategy team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that drive business growth, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the development of innovative and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk control excellence
* Supporting the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle through data-driven and risk-based total principles
* Analyzing present and new data assets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions and purchases and address business needs
* Reviewing and displaying data quality, integrity, and freshness
* Analyzing present data to develop metrics with the goal of providing robust controls and insights
* Collaborating with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes
* Closely partnering with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
* Supporting the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
* Having consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment
**Competencies and Experience**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in data analysis, risk management, and innovation. Some of the key competencies and experience we're looking for include:
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed
* Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
* Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
* Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with large data and cloud environments
* Experience in an economic services company in data or process function
* Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or outside Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
* Master's Degree or better required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fluid environment
