If you share our enthusiasm for making an airline people love, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our corporate travel management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing informed leadership for our travel management organizations (TMCs) and driving business growth through strategic decision-making. With minimal supervision, you'll exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations with TMCs to achieve the highest possible revenue and yield in individual markets. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as an informed leader for TMC business for arenaflex, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and revenue. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations with TMCs to achieve the highest possible revenue and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer agreements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and contract performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue according to the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and contract performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * **Required** + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * **Preferred** + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' growth and well-being.
